Guest Portal Enhancements for Managing Guest Details
Managing guest information just got easier.
Guests can now update their contact details and instantly apply those changes across their existing active bookings and itineraries directly from the Account Details page in the Guest Portal.
When updating their address, phone number, or mobile number, guests will see a new option to automatically sync those details to eligible active bookings. This helps keep booking records accurate and consistent without requiring support teams to manually update each itinerary.
To provide greater clarity, we've enhanced the messaging on the Account Details page so guests can easily see which updates will flow through to their existing bookings. The page also clearly explains that first name and surname changes will only apply to future bookings.
A small change that delivers a smoother self-service experience for guests and less administrative work for your team.
