This article explains how to add, edit, and remove booking fees within Bookit Lite POS. Booking fees may be automatically applied depending on your centre configuration, and booking fee setup is managed by the Bookit Support Team.

Adding a Booking Fee

Booking fees can be manually added to the shopping cart during a sale.

To add a booking fee

1. Within the sale screen, select Add Booking Fee.

2. The booking fee will be added to the transaction.

Important Note: Some isites may be configured to automatically add booking fees to all new sales. Booking fee setup and configuration is managed by the Bookit Support Team.

Editing a Booking Fee

Booking fee amounts can be manually adjusted if required.

To edit a booking fee

1. Locate the booking fee line within the sale.

2. Click the pencil icon to the right of the line item 

3. Enter the correct booking fee value.

4. Click Save.

5. The updated fee will now apply to the transaction.

Removing a Booking Fee

Booking fees can be removed from the sale before checkout.

To remove a booking fee

1. Within the sale screen, select Remove Booking Fee

2. The booking fee will no longer apply to the transaction.
