The latest Bookit updates have been released to the live environment, introducing a series of enhancements across the platform. Take a look below to see what’s new, and reach out to our Support Team if you’d like more information. 

Payment Gateways & Security 

We've made final fixes and improvements to how payments are processed and stored across the platform, including stored card token reliability and how payment details are surfaced to staff when charging a booking. This release also completes a substantial body of work delivered through early 2026 to enable our new secure frame plugin feature set. Enabling greater access to native security features like 3DS support, reach out to the team to learn more. 

Bookit Lite and Retail Booking Enhancements

Retail marketplace bookings are now searchable through the standard reservation search experience for Bookit Lite consoles. General enhancements to our retail misc sales screen have been completed improve editing alongside further enhancements to surface richer product information on imported marketplace bookings. 

Booking & Tour Experience Enhancements 

We've resolved a number of issues across reporting, email notifications, and partner tour display. As part of our recent rebrand both our buttons and dashboard icons have received a small icon update that continues a wider refresh of our visual experience. Beyond the console, for our customer bookings V2 partner tours via our online gadgets our quoted tour durations received an update to now display durations to improve readability of short (minutes) vs longer (hours) tours times.

There’s no change to how you use Bookit today, and no action is required.
