Mail Merge Fields not calculating GST/Extras [#20217]

Resolved an issue where the mail merge fields were not correctly calculating in letters for GST and multiple extras.

Booking Questions not appearing in confirmed bookings if title field is empty [#20390]

Resolved an issue where the answers to booking questions were not appearing in confirmed bookings if the booking question did not have a title field.
