Remittance Advices to address GST Compliance [#18637]

Modifications have been made to Recipient Created Tax Invoices, which apply when a booking centre charges GST but the operator does not.  The commission expense now shows whether GST has been applied by the booking centre.

Operator Cancellation Policies feeding from Fareharbor to Bookit [#18436]

Resolved an issue where product cancellation policies were not displaying on Bookit itineraries for guests.  The cancellation policy set up at the product level in Fareharbor now pushes through to Bookit.
