This article explains how to use the Grouped Stocktake Excel report. The report is designed to assist with physical stocktakes by providing a printable stock counting sheet grouped by supplier, category, and cost centre.
The report layout is optimised for large stock locations and multi-page stocktakes, making it easier for teams to complete manual stock counts.
The Grouped Stocktake Excel report is not be enabled on all Bookit Classic accounts by default. If this report is unavailable within your console, please contact your Account Manager or support@bookit.co.nz for assistance.
Download the Group Stocktake Excel Report
1. Navigate to left hand menu
2. Select Retail > Stocktake
3. Select Advanced Search
4. Complete Required Filters such as;
- Location(s)
- Supplier(s)
- Category(s)
5. Select Search
6. Click Grouped Stocktake Excel
7. The system will download an excel with product grouped by Supplier, Sub Category, Product Name, PLU Code, Cost Centre Code, Location, Stock on Hand and Count. Count will be an empty field so you can print and write in your count as you complete your stocktake.
